Pathway Mentoring is a structured program for high-risk youth, school referrals, and justice-involved young men. Delivered 90% online through guided Zoom sessions and measurable tracking, Pathway builds discipline, ownership, and direction over a focused 90-day cycle.

Pilot Cohort — Cohort 1
This is a controlled pilot cohort designed to produce measurable outcomes and improve operations before scale.

- Orientation (Week 1): April 12
- Graduation Week: June 28
Waitlist Protocol
When capacity is reached, applicants are placed on the waitlist and contacted if a seat opens. Priority is given to School and Court/Probation referrals.

How We Review Applicants

Consent & Reporting (Schools / Courts)
Consent Notice: By submitting a referral and/or enrolling a youth, the parent/guardian (and where applicable the referring agency) acknowledges that Pathway Mentoring may track attendance, participation, and accountability progress for program operations. With appropriate authorization, Pathway may share limited progress updates with the referring school or court/probation program solely for coordination of support and compliance purposes. Pathway does not guarantee outcomes and will escalate safety concerns in accordance with policy and mandatory reporting obligations.
Cohort Schedule (Pilot)
One session weekly. Two age groups. 60 minutes. Saturday options listed below.
Group A — Ages 13–15 60 min
Primary Slot: Saturdays • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Capacity: 12 seats
- Format: Zoom (camera-on unless approved)
- Weekly Deliverables: Weekly Check-In + 5 Daily Tracker logs
Group B — Ages 16–18 60 min
Primary Slot: Saturdays • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Capacity: 12 seats
- Format: Zoom (camera-on unless approved)
- Weekly Deliverables: Weekly Check-In + 5 Daily Tracker logs
Operating Cadence (Weekly)
- Thu/Fri: Youth submits Weekly Check-In
- Sat: Live Zoom session (Group A / Group B)
- Sun–Fri: Daily Tracker logs (goal: 5 out of 7 days)
- Weekly Review: Guide notes + any escalations documented (Admin)
