Operational note: your tech can store this in WordPress DB, Google Sheets, or a CRM—then generate a cohort dashboard.

Consent & Reporting (Schools / Courts)

Consent Notice: By submitting a referral and/or enrolling a youth, the parent/guardian (and where applicable the referring agency) acknowledges that Pathway Mentoring may track attendance, participation, and accountability progress for program operations. With appropriate authorization, Pathway may share limited progress updates with the referring school or court/probation program solely for coordination of support and compliance purposes. Pathway does not guarantee outcomes and will escalate safety concerns in accordance with policy and mandatory reporting obligations.

Pathway Mentoring is structured to produce measurable change—one cohort at a time.

Tuition & Scholarships

Pathway Mentoring operates under a structured 50/50 hybrid model to ensure access for underserved youth while maintaining program sustainability. Full program value is positioned at $300 per month. All placements are confidential and determined after application review.

What Your Investment Covers

  • Weekly structured mentorship sessions
  • Leadership & character development curriculum
  • Academic accountability tracking
  • Life skills & decision-making training
  • Career exposure & guest speaker access
  • Parent progress updates
  • Secure digital learning resources

This is not tutoring. This is transformation infrastructure.

Scholarship Model

Pathway Mentoring reserves 50% of enrollment seats for scholarship-supported families. Scholarships are income-based, confidential, and reviewed on a rolling basis. Payment plans may be available when applicable. No student is denied consideration due to financial hardship.

Projected Outcomes & Accountability

We structure mentorship around measurable growth. Outcomes are tracked through attendance, milestones, family updates, and progress check-ins. (Replace the percentages below with your actual program benchmarks when ready.)

Why $300/Month Is a High-Value Investment

Families typically pay for multiple separate services (tutoring, counseling, coaching, enrichment). Pathway consolidates structured mentorship, accountability, and leadership development into one consistent system.

Approach Typical Structure Cost Range
Separate Services Multiple providers + no unified accountability $400–$900+/month
Pathway Mentoring Single program + structured accountability system $300/month

For Grants & Institutional Partners

  • Hybrid tuition reduces full donor dependency and signals sustainability
  • Shared investment increases retention and family commitment
  • Funding expands scholarship capacity and equity access
  • Program outcomes can be reported quarterly for accountability

Grant funding directly increases scholarship seats, curriculum enhancement, technology access, and youth leadership initiatives.

For Donors & Sponsors

When you sponsor a student, you’re not funding sessions — you’re funding stability, direction, exposure, and accountability. Every $300/month scholarship seat supports one youth for one full month of structured mentorship.
