What happens next

  1. Application review: We review for program fit, age group placement (13–15 or 16–18), and seat availability.
  2. Follow-up contact: If your application is a fit, we’ll contact you to confirm details and weekly session availability.
  3. Intake / orientation: You may be invited to an intake call or orientation step.
  4. Placement decision: Final placement is aligned to our 90-day enrollment cycle to maintain structure and accountability.

What to prepare

  • Student availability for weekly sessions
  • Current grade and school (if applicable)
  • Referral details (court/probation, school, community, or parent-initiated)
  • Best phone/email for parent or guardian contact
