Pathway Mentoring is a structured youth mentorship and juvenile reentry support program launching in New Orleans, Louisiana. The program operates in defined 90-day enrollment cycles with weekly structured sessions designed to build accountability, emotional regulation, workforce readiness, and long-term stability.
Program Structure
90-day structured cycle with defined objectives, attendance expectations, and measurable progress benchmarks.
Guided group and mentorship sessions focused on structured curriculum delivery and accountability tracking.
Two tracks: Ages 13–15 and 16–18, tailored to developmental and transitional needs.
When applicable, coordination with courts and probation officers to support compliance and stability.
